In recognition of an individual who has volunteered their time with Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) in Australia or Neighbourhood Support New Zealand (NSNZ), empowering people and communities through the development of strong partnerships, reducing the fear of crime, promoting safer communities, engagement, and social inclusion.
