We offer Regular/Parcel Post and Express Post options throughout Australia. The total shipping cost will depend on the quantity of items purchased and will be clearly shown at checkout.

We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date your order is placed. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in secure packaging. If items appear to have been used, worn or damaged, an exchange cannot be processed.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind items.
Important: Please email email@example.com with your name, order number and details of the exchange request (i.e. if an alternative size is required) before returning an item. Further returns instructions will then be provided.
If a product is damaged or faulty, or is materially different than described, you may request an exchange or refund.
We cannot offer refunds for change of mind items (including change of mind on apparel size), or if an item has been misused.
To request an exchange or refund for a damaged/faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a description of the damage/fault/issue, before returning an item. Further returns instructions will then be provided. In some cases, photographs may also be required of the product for assessment, prior to return.
