Face Mask


The Face Mask comes in a soft, moisture-wicking fabric, with adjustable ear straps, 2x PM2.5 Activated Carbon filters, and features the NHW logo and Indigenous design created exclusively for NHWA. The Indigenous design tells the story of the work of Neighbourhood Watch Australasia, together with NHW groups and members throughout Australia, and their commitment to building safer, inclusive and connected communities. The face mask is reusable and washable.

We offer Regular/Parcel Post and Express Post options throughout Australia. The total shipping cost will depend on the quantity of items purchased and will be clearly shown at checkout.

For any larger order requests (i.e. for NHW groups/organisations), please contact admin@nhwa.com.au to discuss your requirements.

Please note that currently we do not ship outside of Australia.


Orders are usually processed and dispatched from our Brisbane office within 2 business days. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any delay to your order being processed within this time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions which is affecting Australia Post services. Exchanges – Change of Mind Items

We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date your order is placed. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in secure packaging. If items appear to have been used, worn or damaged, an exchange cannot be processed.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind items.

Important: Please email admin@nhwa.com.au with your name, order number and details of the exchange request (i.e. if an alternative size is required) before returning an item. Further returns instructions will then be provided.

Exchanges/Refunds – Damaged/Faulty Items

If a product is damaged or faulty, or is materially different than described, you may request an exchange or refund.

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind items (including change of mind on apparel size), or if an item has been misused.

To request an exchange or refund for a damaged/faulty item, please email admin@nhwa.com.au with your name, order number and a description of the damage/fault/issue, before returning an item. Further returns instructions will then be provided. In some cases, photographs may also be required of the product for assessment, prior to return.
